Device Identifier (UUID)

A unique identifier assigned to your device, used to associate your session with your account.

 

Push Notification Token

A token generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) used to deliver push notifications to your device. This token is stored on our servers solely for the purpose of sending notifications.

 

Platform Information

Information identifying whether your device is iOS or Android, used to optimize application behavior.

Any clinical or patient-related data you access or enter through the App is transmitted securely to our servers using industry-standard encryption (TLS).

 

Clinical data is not stored locally on your device.

 

The handling of any health or clinical data is governed by your organization’s agreement with Senior Insight Inc. and applicable healthcare privacy regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.

 

 

Log Data

 

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).

 

This Log Data may include information such as:

 

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address

  • Browser type

  • Browser version

  • Pages visited on our Site
